Terms of Use

These Terms set out the conditions for using Majitore (the "App") provided by its operator (the "Operator"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you obtained the App from the App Store, Apple'sStandard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA)also applies in addition to these Terms. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by that agreement.

• You register an account with your own email address and are responsible for keeping your password safe.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. Deleting it erases all of your data, including your records, and it cannot be restored.

Some features of the App may be offered as an App Store auto-renewing subscription (the "Paid Plan").

• The content, period and price of the Paid Plan are shown on the purchase screen.
• Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase.
• The Paid Plan renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the next period within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can cancel (turn off auto-renew) in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. After cancelling, you can keep using the Paid Plan until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Deleting your App account or deleting the App does not cancel the Paid Plan. Please cancel using the steps above.
• Refunds are decided and handled by Apple under Apple's policies; the Operator cannot issue refunds. To request a refund, useApple's Report a Problempage.
• If the price or content changes, we will notify you in advance in accordance with App Store rules.

The App is a tool for recording training, body composition and activity and for showing trends. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Decide on your training and diet based on your own condition, and consult a doctor or other professional when needed.

When using the App, you must not:

• Violate laws or public order and morals
• Use another person's account or impersonate another person
• Place excessive load on, or gain unauthorized access to, the App's servers or network
• Interfere with the operation of the App
• Infringe the rights of third parties through share links

You retain the rights to the records you enter. The Operator handles your data only as needed to provide the App. Details are set out in thePrivacy Policy.

The Operator may change, suspend or end all or part of the App due to maintenance, failures or other unavoidable circumstances. If we stop offering the Paid Plan, we will announce it in the App in advance.

The Operator does not guarantee that the App fits any particular purpose or that it is free of defects. Except in cases of the Operator's intent or gross negligence, the Operator is not liable for damages you incur from using the App. This does not apply where the Operator's liability is recognized under applicable consumer protection laws.

The Operator may change these Terms as needed. For important changes, we will announce the effective date and the changes in the App. If you use the App after a change, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the Operator's location as the court of first instance.
